I started working at Grover in 2013 as a Marketing Intern and then transitioned over to HR a few months later, after graduation. I am happy to be a part of a growing company, and with many challenges and accomplishments, I am recognized as an HR leader. I have a lot of responsibilities and I really feel that the work I do adds value to Grover as well as all employees. Specifically I like that I get to wear many hats and am consistently challenged. Additionally, I like the supportive, family-like culture and friendly environment. It also is a bonus that I don’t have to dress business formal everyday! I have a my younger sister coming in part time, helping me do some administrative tasks so I can concentrate on the big stuff.

When I am not working I am spending time with my husband and preparing for another addition to our family early next year.
