Job Summary
Planning/Scheduling System
• Run Advanced Scheduler daily and perform any clean-up.
• Release job orders.
• Maintain job orders from open through closed status.
• Review and anticipate work center capacity and bottlenecks.
• Manage job orders for scrap replacement or samples/prototypes.
• Participate in the Order Status Review process.
• Ensure job orders are closed properly.
• Backup for Production Control Supervisor.
• Escalate issues to COO and other support groups as needed
• Resolve customer complaints
• Set and manage to KPI’s
| Organization Support
· Work with Ops Team to manage work center capacity. · Advise Customer Service of potentially late shipments. · Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production metrics. · Support the Quality Management System. · Back up for Purchasing—RFQs, updating the PO queue, subcontract communications, PO writing, etc. · Other administrative or support as needed. |
