A day in the life of the Generalist/Trainer will include partnering with the HR Director to ensure employees receive responsive counsel, coaching and support regarding policies, procedures and programs; Execution of HR initiatives and conducting training and on boarding/orientation sessions. NOTE: Developing and delivering training will be a key part of this job.

Human Resources Generalist
Typical tasks for this position include the following:
• Support of the full cycle recruiting process at all levels
• Management of the new hire orientation and engagement program
• Working with the leadership team and our HR Director to ensure problems are addressed quickly and effectively
• Supporting and coaching employees on a variety of HR issues
• Maintaining the HRIS system and Administering the benefit programs
• Assisting with the development of tools and resources to support leaders and employees in the area of talent management, coaching and development

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing environment
• Training experience and a firm grasp of Adult Learning Principles
• Demonstrated ability to hire, inspire, lead and develop talent.
• NOTE: A degree in HR or equivalent is preferred but not required.If you have relevant experience we want to talk to you!
